Chairperson

 

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the running of the Pre-School & Committee

  • Chair Committee Meetings

  • Make overall decisions

  • First Point of Contact

  • Work closely with Committee and outside Organisations

  • Attend courses as necessary

  • Approve Expenditure

  • Audit Sessions

 

Vice Chairperson

 

Main Duties:

  • Share tasks with the Chairperson

  • Work Closely with Committee and outside Organisations

  • Attend courses as necessary

  • Make Decisions

  • Approve Expenditure

  • Attend Committee Meetings

  • Help During Sessions if Needed

 

Treasurer

 

Main Duties:

​

  • Reconcile Bank Statements

  • Financial Reporting

  • Sign cheques

  • Present Information at Committee Meetings

  • Help During Sessions if Needed

​

Secretary

​

Main Duties:

​

  • Take and Publish Minutes

  • Write Regular Newsletters

  • Sign cheques

  • Help with Admin when Necessary

  • Help During Sessions if Needed

 

Committee Member

​

Duties:

​

  • Attend Committee Meetings

  • Help with decision making

  • Fund Raising

  • Bring New Ideas

  • Help During Sessions if Needed
