This is a permission form which the Parent/Guardian of each registered child must complete in order to use the Sparklers Pre-School Parent Communication App.

 

Part of the new system will mean that we will be going online with your child’s Learning Journey. We will also be able to communicate with you via the Parent Communication function.

 

We will need to input your data, your child’s data and any other carer’s data who you would like to have linked to your child’s account on Blossom. We will only use your data to communicate directly with you regarding your child and their experiences at Pre-School. We will use the system to create online learning journeys, we will then be able to track your children’s learning and development as well as sharing this information with you as parents/carer’s. You will also be able to share experiences that you and your child partake in outside of pre-school life!

 

Your data can only be accessed by authorised personnel and personal information will not be shared with any third parties. All steps reasonably necessary will be taken to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.
