The Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Childcare (Early Years Educator), prepares learners to become Early Years Educators within the UK early years workforce, providing them with the knowledge and skills to work with children from birth to 5 years. 

In addition, the learner will gain an understanding of the expected development of children aged 5 to 7 years.
