To place your child on our waiting list please complete and submit the form .

 

Under General Data Protection Regulations the information you supply on your waiting list form will be safely stored and used only for administration purposes. This information will be destroyed safely when it is no longer needed by us, or if you inform us that you no longer need the place at Sparklers Pre-School. You have the right to withdraw your information at any time.

We will invite you to the Pre-School for an Induction 6 weeks before you child is due to start which will allow you and your child to stay for a session. This will give you the opportunity to meet the staff and ask any questions you may have. At this time we will also provide you with your allocated sessions. Please let us know in the 'Sessions' section of the form any days which are inconvenient or any session preferences. We will aim to allocate your preferred sessions where possible.

Please keep us informed of any changes to contact numbers or address so we are still able to contact you when a space becomes available. Please also let us know if your circumstances change and you no longer require a space at Sparklers.

Completing this form does not guarantee your child a place at Sparklers Pre-School.  We have a waiting list and allocate spaces when we can.
