Sports Day Fun!

What a successful sports day we have had today! It was very hot but the children were fantastic. Everyone joined in really well and were all good sports. There was an amazing turn out of parents and family members who all cheered the children on and we borrowed 7 very helpful year 6 children from Peatmoor School who really helped run the events. We started with some non competitive activities including welly wanging, bouncy hoppers, ball dribbling, throwing balls and a fun water carrying race.

We then had some competitive races with prizes for the winners. Everyone had a medal for taking part too.

We finished with a mum and dad race and then a family picnic. What a fun morning we all had!
