Appendix C - Concerns About an Adult
If you have a concern about an adult, raise your concerns immediately with the Supervisor who will refer to the LADO (Local Area Designated Officer).
The Supervisor is Sarah Hodges, If the Supervisor is not available, contact the most senior member of staff on site.
